A town that exists in the present, but is rich with the past, and when u walk through downtown at twilight, looking into the warmly lit store windows and busy corner restaurant, it sometimes feels like it's the 80s or 90s ... Or the 30s or 40s .... Beneath the surface of this norman rockwell, all american small town lies hints of darkness and intrigue ... but you still spend most of ur time w ur friends, at the diner, watching old movies, decorating the town hall for festivals, going ice skating in the woods in the winter, trying to find out who ur secret admirer is, working odd jobs, biking around town, reading classic lit and lowbrow crime fiction alike, and solving the occasional murder.
