This one’s a bit more personal, but If I didn’t quit dance when I did, my chronic pain could’ve become disabling. It already is a little bit and I struggle a lot to keep it at bay and to walk around normally, but it completely changed my life and all of my life goals, and also affects my mental health. It’s a lot to deal with and quite overwhelming, especially because specialists can’t agree what causes it and after three years improvements are small.
