It’s ok to be sad just know it’s human everybody cries every body gets mad it’s ok screem if you want we all go through hard stuff just know it’s gonna be better we all have our ups and downs I’m going through ALOT too it’s ok be sad be mad don’t hide your feelings talk to someone I know it’s hard trust me I’m scared too but it’s life you only have one life so why not deal with your feelings and have that one life be a great one I BBELIEVE hey
