I was inspired by MHN's gorgeous plant poem-painting. The message "Quiet Strength is still Strength" made me think about all the queer people who feel too threatened or unsafe to come out, so live their lives quietly limited. When I first starting dating my now wife in school, I felt very similar. Little things like holding her hand under a table in public felt like dangerous acts of rebellion - exactly how I imagine 'Quiet Strength' ๐ณ๏ธโ๐
