i'm really sad. i kind of hate myself right now. i had my first basketball game of the season, and i got passed the ball, and i was completely open, no one was guarding me, i could have scored so easily, and all i had to do was dribble down the lane. but i froze. my body would not move. i knew i had to. this is what i practice 4. but i was stuck. i forgot how to dribble. i had a panic attack. my coach took me out of the game. i was breathing shaky. i hate myself. why couldn't i have just dribbled.
