I just want to remind you that you are beautiful, and that your body is yours.
Obviously i have been inactive much lately, and that is because i seeked help for my mental health.
It's no surprise that i couldn't handle it any longer if i just stayed trough this journey alone.
As a person with Anorexia i know how bad it is and how you suffer.
Please drink or eat something if you haven't, take off your binder if you're just at home or about to sleep and take your meds if you need them.
Take care of yourself, i love you.
To those of you who are muslim and participate in the Ramadan, good luck to all of you sweet souls♡
