Meet Caytlia (Kate-lee-a) the librarian! She owns and runs a library located in the fairy kingdom, just near the castle. She is always very busy, but never stressed, as she likes working around books and enjoys helping others. She's very kind, calm, and helpful. She has a soft, gentle voice and would never hurt anybody no matter what. She believes everyone and everything deserve rights and life, and she believes everyone has a place in this world.

(and yes, she has angel wings. She's an angel-fairy. In the fairy kingdom, angel-fairies aren't rare, but they aren't common.)
