The struggle of having tics + being pessimistic + 50% over thinker 50% under thinker + being to much of a pussy to speak up, all on the first day of school = β¨Tic Attackβ¨
And to make it "better", I forgot my fidget toy that calms me and keeps me distracted so it also calms my tics-
In 5th period today, I almost had to leave class cuz for some reason, my tics were being assholes, making me start freaking out.
But all is ok now-
And I didn't need to leave the classroom :>
Now.. Help me get the courage to come out to my teachers.
Give me ideas on what I could do to come out to them-
