she heaved up another shovelful of sand and with her eyes fixed straight ahead repeated "deeper". she was always so persistent. even when each of her five friends gave up dreaming of finding the lost treasure, she still tried. after a few minutes of shoveling, she came across something. a big chest, that's what she had been looking for all along.
