Just wea a black tight and high collared turtleneck under a thick turtleneck (double turtleneck, double fun, double protection fron cold) and after that a big black jacket over turtlenecks. Knee high boots to keep the feets warm. Only wear in too cold days. Mild cold gonna make you regret wearing turtlenecks two of them. 🥵🥵
