Breaking rules, not following traditions..ect
Being rebellious is a normal thing.
We, all the teenagers ,go through similar phases...and we still do.. As a part of our growth to youth, human being must develp an identity independent of his family surroundings.
An identity that makes you ..you.
But, of course there is lots of other reasons

β’Some teenagers do that for "ππ‘π‘πππ‘πππ". They just want to be noticed and cared about and they maybe didn't receive attention from their parents so they resort to rebelling.
