Why you are sad people life is too short to be sad in it.........
Happiness is a direction, not a place....Happiness depends upon ourselves..........Happiness is not something ready made......It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness....People should find happiness in the little things, like family.....The greatest happiness you can have is knowing that you do not necessarily require happiness.......Happiness is not an ideal of reason, but of imagination......

First, write down your negative thought, such as “I’m having problems at work and am questioning my abilities.”
