@iheartvolleyball thank you! And Iβm kinda planning to tryout for a team not in my school but Iβm totally not sure rn because I need to focus on school. But I will totally take your advice!!

@rae_4eva aw im sorry you didnt make the team this year! but somethings i do when i serve is make sure i hit the ball with my palm of my hand and not the fingers. so what i do is just press my fingers back and have my palm forward a little. it may look a lil weird but trust me it helps. and with bumping, make sure you have control of the ball and when you pull your platform up, go nice and easy, dont just bounce back up. im not the best at volleyball this is just my second year but im way better than last year! i hope you make the team next year!!π«Άπ»π«Άπ»

@iheartvolleyball hi!! I just wanted to say thank you for the volleyball tips. It helped me. But unfortunately I didnβt make the team this year so Iβm going to try again next year. Iβm not sure what my coach Means by β power β when I hit the ball over the net and kinda hit the ceiling. Mind if you give me some routines so I can practice for next year???

@alainaisthemood haha yes we finally brought it together lol! did you see lsu vs bama? it was insane! alabama was winning in overtime than lsu scored a touchdown which made them tied but lsu went for the 2 pointer to win the game and won!π«Άπ» it was awesome!π
