@loding....kenzi ok, I came up with a few things. You should start keeping a diary for the first part. It’s a lot easier to spill your secrets to yourself than a random stranger. Secondly, don’t be afraid to cry. Sometimes it just helps to take a minute to hawk your eyes out and listen to sad music, it’s healthy. Third, make a playlist with songs with empowering messages. Flowers by Miley Cyrus, Single Ladies by Beyoncé, and You’re On Your Own Kid by Taylor Swift are all great examples. Fourth, treat yourself like buying yourself something special you wouldn’t normally get. And lastly, go shopping but don’t buy anything. Grab some friends for this one and just try on clothes or take pictures of funny things you see, it’s super fun and gets your mind off things for a while. Hope these help! ❤️😘
