Good question @cutieandsweetie basically there are creatures called the weeping angels inside the world of doctor who and they can only move when you are not looking at them and if you are blinking you aren't looking at them they are really creepy and I would recommend watching js that ep bc it's kind of a stand alone as it doesn't follow the doctor it's called Blink and its really creepy sorry for the long message hope that answers your question xx
