Got a slight promotion. Assistant back RDA supervisor (EO wants to keep her Charge RDA status 🙄w/e) Dr. H joined office- 3 doctors now working full time 80 hours ($$ in comm) hired Lena for DA and Aridai to cover EO maternity leave.

Asked for $14 due to added responsibility such as ordering supplies, training, assisting, full time, great time management, fast and hard working, polishing, sealants, temporary’s, drying canals for rct,placing rubber dams & tofflemiers, placing IRM after RCT, perio packing when needed, suture removal, pouring up models, X-rays, always taking opposing for dentures before DR. Comes in, choosing crown shades, applying dry socket paste to infected area, choosing shade/size for dentures etc... DW agreed. Effective 2•3•14.
