It's my birthday and also the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots of June 28, 1969. It's very important to acknowledge that Pride month is not all rainbows and joy...LGBTQIA+ people are still oppressed today. It's also very important to honor Black Trans Women and pertect them. They are the reason pride is what it is today!
