Nice post! I get them and there are 2 strategies that help me most. The first one is a breathing technique where you breathe in for 7 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds, and then breath out for 8 seconds and then you repeat that until you start feeling OK again. The other technique I use is called grounding yourself, you look around you and try to identify 5 things you see, and then 5 things you feel, 5 things you can hear, and you can also try to identify anything you can smell or taste. It's supposed to help bring you back into the moment and come to your senses. It also doesn't necessarily have to be 5 things it can only be 1 or 3, the point of it is just to help you.
