Hey guys so for the last 5 years I have been really battling with my mental health. I have been in and out of hospitals and institutions for a while due to many of my mental health issues such as suicide attempts depression bipolar disorder and the fact that I’m a high functioning sociopath. I’m sorry for joy posting but for the last week a lot of my really horrible childhood abuse and trauma has been haunting me in dreams so I’m tired and not coping well.
