When others think of Africa, they see a muddy surrounding with kids putting on dirty clothes with muddy bodies and no footwear. They picture the huts of the 70s and the poverty of the olden days which the media has portrayed as modern issue. You forget that Africa is not a country. It is a continent just like Europe, Asia and the rest. Yes, Africa is not very developed but not all countries are so underdeveloped. I am sick of the slavery and poor quality photos of the olden days I see in textbooks in the Uk. I haven't even seen a hut with my naked eyes before.
