This is a dressed down version of the black dress outfit. The black dress with the flat heels are a very simple outfit but the red lip makes it pop. You can tie your hair up or let it down. Preferably if you want to dress it down I would do a low pony of keep my hair back in a half up half down. A purse if needed to cary your phone, money, lip balm or lipstick or anything necessary. If you want makeup you could do a red lip with a thin black eye liner. Not to thick or it will take all the attention from your outfit to your makeup (unless you want it to).
