Tldr; I am fine, just sad, and sometimes art helps with that.
Most of the time, I am a shield or a sword. I fight for and protect other people on the daily. But even the strongest people have sad days. I've been off work this week because of my body, my mental health and the overwhelming state of the world right now, and I just really needed a place to make something that visualised how I'm feeling. Sometimes, hope is really hard to find and it's okay to sit in those feelings of despair for a bit; to let the reality and weight of it all sink in for a moment. Right now I'm deep in that feeling. The part where I let myself think about all the things I've been avoiding and pretend...

The world is a lot to deal with sometimes but we have to try to stay positive and do our best π
It's good to take time for yourself. You can't be strong all the time. Humans need time to rest and persue their interests.
And just know that even though you're strong, you have friends and family you can rely on too. We're here for you π«

You are strongβ¦ I can read it, it takes a lot of courage to write this down and I can feel itβ€οΈπ«Άπ» Take your time for the emotions that you are currently facing, it might be hard and you are sad, but you will become well again. You have a big heart and these times can be overwhelming for empaths. But we only hear the bad news.
