Well said. Being involved in the process of the "little" things in life, like taking the time to care for a garden, raise chickens or goats, make your own bread, having homegrown food to share with neighbors, repairing and sewing your own clothing...its a move towards being more involved in your own life and away from a focus on making life more "easy." Because trading home cooked meals and knowing where most of your food has been and how it was grown, for a fast food convenience-filled life, and merely reaping benefits of ease isnt the reality many of us are experiencing..π i love your point about the animals being stacked just like us, you can really see parallels to the way farm animals are treated in so many aspects of human society these daysπ
