Sometimes we humans throw ourselves to the bottom. Sometimes we enter depression willingly but not consciously. When we are down at the bottom, we know that we cannot go deeper.There we are somehow calm and there we can do everything we couldn't do before. That's why we go down willingly, but not consciously, because if we stay down too long, we'll run out of air. Without air there is no life. You don't have to be at the very top, but you don't have to be at the very bottom either. Always be at the level where you are happy, but even if you fall to the bottom, you can get up, you always can.
