Hey y’all so I’ve been rly scared lately. Umm, at night im constantly scared of the e dark but lately it’s gotten way worse. I’ve been getting rly scared of demons, so scared I don’t wanna move turn of the light or sometimes even do simple things like blinking and breathing cuz im scared monsters will sense me or something. So with that I’ve been staying up late even reaching 3 while trying to avoid it
