He didn't kill her on porpose , he was racing with his friend in the car and accidentally killed her with her daughter.He deserves prison because of his irrresponsible actions and others shall learn from him, and they shouldn't have decreased his prison time because of his looks, because what he did was irrresponsible and because of it a daughter and a mother were killed.
