Only one thing in life is certain: death. Flowers wilt, deers are hunted, and humans? They seem to have an uncanny knack for offing themselves in new and exciting ways. The thought made Mary laugh. A low gurgling sound emerged from her throat as the taste of iron filled her mouth. Such an odd but familiar taste, like pennies but yet...sweet.
