I've seen challenges like this before I just felt the maternal need to say: for Heaven's sake girls, don't feed yourselves junk food and doom scrolling while you wait out your reproductive system. Drink some water, take a short walk, expose your skin to sunlight, cook a proper meal and read a book in the living room. Slow down if you need to but don't stop living for a week every month. I would agree for me. I have never really experienced. cramps or other symptoms it always been kind of normal and I actually feel better when I am more active So I don’t really know how other girls feel but I do understand that every woman’s Periods different than others @ink_kink and @nbreezy I’m sorry you went through that but thank you for sharing 🫶❤️
@nbreezy I'm so sorry you had to go through that, and yes unfortunately a lot of people are unaware of the symptoms and pain caused from endo and pcos 🫶
