Claire took a two day leave from her internship so that she could visit her "sick grandma". She almost had a nervous breakdown before walking into her boss' office to hand in her leave application. But it had to be done. She and the girls had been planning this for ages. Later when they will have more money they will go on a trip together somewhere, but for now the picnic/get-together had to suffice. Her face broke into a wide smile as she walked into the park and she saw Astrid sitting under a sycamore tree. Man, it has been ages, she thought.
