@clem_008 well Clementia, I don't mean to come off as mean, but you have to understand that a better approach may be to ask people to enter your challenge and use that item for it. For example you may comment, "nice outfit! I noticed you used one of my items, would you like to join my challenge?" On this app, anyone can use all/any items they see. That's not something that can be controlled and I'm sure it must be exhausting sending a comment to every person who uses that item. And making random demands of strangers comes off as rude/bullying, especially considering that most of the people making outfits on this app are children. So Clementia, I will make up for offending you in any way by entering your challenge. Hopefully that can resolve this.
